Your custom-made order with us is not complete without a shirt order. Not that we are trying to sell you something else, but simply, a quality suit is thrown off with a cheap-looking shirt. There is also a marriage between the sleeve length of suit and shirt, a marriage best made when the two are made to compliment each other.

Our experts will help you to select the fabric, color, style and details for the shirt that will match your new suit. You will have the matching shirt and suit. During the fittings, you can actually see how much cuff is showing with the jacket on, and how well the shirt goes with the new suit, etc. So, don't forget to order a shirt on your next visit.

W.W.Chan has been making excellent shirts for our clients for over forty years. We have a separate workshop that specializes in making top quality custom-made shirts. To match the highest standard of our complete custom-made products, all our shirts are made by our own workshop so we can exercise complete control on the quality of our product.

The W.W. Chan custom made shirts are individually crafted using finest cotton fabrics imported from England, Switzerland and Japan. All seams are sewn with the special needle with 22 Sitches per inch. We apply single needle French Seam to achieve smoothness, durability and strength.

When we make a shirt, we pay special attention on all details of body shapes and styles: for example we can allow more room on one cuff if you wear a heavy watch, we can make one shoulder lower then the other or we can accommodate people with short neck, etc.

We keep your personal paper pattern as well as details on styles and fabrics on file, so that re-ordering becomes quick and simple.

W.W.Chan's custom-made shirts are hand cut using the pattern developed from your measurements and unique figure to achieve a perfect fit. With the numerous measurements and readings we have already had from your previous suit made by us, it needs only 5 more measurements to make a shirt. New customers need to come twice for fitting unless they can supply a shirt for us as a reference.
